Teams Are Struggling, We Built a New Way to Help

Introducing the CRAFT Model by Inbo

You’re leading a team through uncertainty, and it’s not getting any easier.
Between high workloads, shifting roles, economic stress, and hybrid everything...
It’s a lot.
And if you’re being honest, the way your team works?
It could be better.
More clear. More connected. More human.

We hear it every day:

“Our team is stretched thin, and I’m not sure they’re okay.”
“Collaboration feels clunky, no one’s quite on the same page.”
“We’re growing fast, but I’m worried we’re losing our culture.”
“I know what we need, but I don’t have the time to get us there.”

You’re not alone.
And we built CRAFT to help.

Think of it as co-creating clarity, alignment, and better ways of working. Rooted in reflection. Grounded in equity. Built for real-world complexity.

We know you're wondering, “So how does it actually work?”

That’s why we’re sharing the CRAFT Model, fully, and transparently.
Because we’ve seen what happens when teams have the right kind of support, and we believe in getting this work into as many hands as possible. So here it is:

The 4 Stages of CRAFT

1. Co-Reflect

See the system together.
We start with curiosity and humility. What’s really going on here, beneath the day-to-day?
Through observation, interviews, and reflective sessions, we surface the dynamics, habits, and patterns shaping how your team works (and where it’s getting stuck).

This helps teams say the things that haven’t been said, and hear each other in new ways.

2. Align

Create clarity, together.
Next, we bring your team into intentional, inclusive conversations about what matters most.
What are we here to do? Who owns what? How do we want to work together?

We co-create agreements around roles, rhythms, decision-making, and communication, so your team can move forward with shared understanding and purpose.

Clarity doesn't just help efficiency, it builds trust.

3. Facilitate

Hold space for momentum.
This is where the work keeps breathing.
We support your team in practicing what you’ve agreed to, and navigating what comes up along the way. This might look like ongoing check-ins, live facilitation, feedback practice, or conflict support.

New ways of working need time and space to take root, and facilitation keeps that space open.

4. Transform

Grow your team’s capacity.
Our goal isn’t to stay forever. It’s to help your team grow the muscles to lead itself. We close the loop with reflection, coaching, and tools to keep the momentum going long after we wave goodbye.

Because real change isn’t about more dependency.
It’s about building capability, so your team can lead itself with more clarity, care, and connection.

So, what now?

If this resonates, you might be wondering: What do I actually do with this?

Start by pausing. Reflect. And ask:
Who could help hold this work?

Start by asking yourself:
Who in my world might be able to help support this work?

Maybe it’s someone already in your orbit, an HR partner, an internal coach, a thoughtful team lead, or a facilitator.

Sometimes, the support you need is closer than you think!

And if you’re not sure who that is, we’re here to listen, reflect, and help you figure out what kind of support fits your moment.

If you’re part of a team, or leading one, and you’re feeling the weight of it all…
If you know your team is capable, but stuck…
If you believe there’s a way to grow through this, not just get through it…

Please know this:
You’re exactly where thoughtful change begins.

Whenever you’re ready, we’re here.
To listen. To explore. To hold space, in whatever way feels most useful for you.
