May be you’ve said this to yourself :
“ I want to grow as a facilitator. But I don’t need more frameworks or tricks. I don’t want to be talked at. I want depth. I want to meet the moment with confidence, curiosity, and care and hold space that truly transforms. ”
Holding Space is for facilitators looking for connection, reflection, and real practice in community.
You’re not a beginner, you’ve facilitated before. Now you’re ready to go deeper. To stretch. To evolve. To remember who you are when you’re fully in your power and in service.
This is not a static curriculum. It’s a living, breathing journey, responsive and shaped by the people in the room. Holding Space is rooted in emergent facilitation: learning how to hold space with empathy, presence, and humility.
We’ll explore what it means to be adaptive, attuned, and creatively resourced in the face of complexity and change. Expect a space where you can play, reflect, laugh, experiment, and grow.
Jace Malz will be your lead facilitator and guide, designing and holding the container and learning alongside you.
